We are excited to be moving into the new permanent Seacourt Hall at 3 Church Way in January 2020. The move will take place mid-month (with classes expected to move week of 13th January – check with your class) and we have an official Open Day on Saturday 25th January. See Poster for more details.

Management   – The Community Hall is now owned by the Botley Development Company and leased to the Parish Council, as a community facility and who act as the Trustee of the Seacourt Hall. The day to day management of the hall is undertaken by an independent management committee (the Seacourt Hall Management Committee), which is a registered charity with the Charity Commission (Registration Number 1000816). The Committee consists of a maximum of twelve members comprising:

  • Four representatives of the Parish Council,
  • One representative from user organisations (maximum of four members),
  • Two members of the public elected at the A.G.M.,
  • Up to two co-opted members, appointed by the Committee.
