In the November 2021 meeting NHPC appointed Jessop and Cook as architects for the new Louie Memorial Pavilion.

Condition Reports

EPC reports May 2021

In May Energy Performance Certificate inspections took place and reports have been supplied giving the Pavilion an EPC rating of B and the former Scout Hut an EPC rating of G. The G rating for the former Scout Hut means NHPC as landlord cannot grant a tenancy to new or existing tenants, unless an exemption has been registered. Scout Hut Condition Report 31st May 2021

An informal NHPC report was supplied by Cllr Blase in his role of Parish Councillor (not in a
professional capacity) with accompanying photos. These were presented at the 24th June 2021 Parish Council meeting. View the report and photos below:

In response to requests, NHPC has created a webpage- Scout hut lease background where you can see a timeline and access documentation of previous decisions taken by Council in relation to a lease agreement with the 4th Oxford Scouts.

Nortoft were appointed in December 2017 following competitive tender in response to a consultants’ brief written jointly by representatives of NHPC, the 4th Oxford Scouts, Louie Memorial Pavilion Trustees, and leisure officers Vale District Council.
