In the November 2021 meeting NHPC appointed Jessop and Cook as architects for the new Louie Memorial Pavilion.

EPC reports May 2021

In May Energy Performance Certificate inspections took place and reports have been supplied giving the Pavilion an EPC rating of B and the former Scout Hut an EPC rating of G. The G rating for the former Scout Hut means NHPC as landlord cannot grant a tenancy to new or existing tenants, unless an exemption has been registered. Scout Hut Condition Report 31st May 2021

An informal NHPC report was supplied by Cllr Blase in his role of Parish Councillor (not in a

Nortoft were appointed in December 2017 following competitive tender in response to a consultants’ brief written jointly by representatives of NHPC, the 4^th Oxford Scouts, Louie Memorial Pavilion Trustees, and leisure officers Vale District Council.
