It has been announced by Buckingham Palace that Queen Elizabeth II has died. The Parish Council and the people of Botley and North Hinksey are deeply saddened to hear the news of the death of the Queen. Books of Condolence will be opened in the following locations and for those who wish to pay their respects.

• Ground floor foyer below the Library in 5 Church Way, across from West Way shopping centre: Open Mon-Fri 8:30 to 5, Saturday morning 9am to 1pm
• St. Peter & St Paul Church, West Way
• St. Lawrence Church, North Hinksey Village

In addition, parishioners may want to access the Buckingham Palace e-book of condolence (https://www.royal.uk/royal-family).  A designated area will been marked out on the grass area at the front of St. Peter & St. Paul Church, West Way for those who wish to pay their respects by laying flowers.
